Etatu has worked with MOP since 2014. It is an amazing community group supporting orphans in the community. They run a feeding scheme on Sundays ensuring the children get at least one good meal a week. This program also ensures some respite for the people who look after them, usually grandparents, and the opportunity to provide extra support in areas such as health and education. The number of children attending this group has grown and as a result the current kitchen is increasingly inadequate. We aim to build a new kitchen to enable this programme to continue and thrive. We would also be able to provide mid-week school lunches to those who go to primary school.
